May 8th - Fourth Degree Assembly Meeting
The Father James Knight Assembly holds its regularly scheduled meeting in the Knights' Chambers on the second Monday of each month.
6:45pm - Rosary
7:00pm - Meeting
May 14th - Knight's Mass
9am - Fourth Degree Sir Knights should wear tuxedo and all other brother knights should wear a jacket and tie.
May 14th - Mother's Day Carnations
Members of the Council will be distributing carnations to all mothers following the Masses on Mother's Day, May 14.
May 18th - Council Officers Meeting
7pm - The monthly Officers' Meeting, held the third Thursday of each month, is open to all members.
June 1st - Council General Membership Meeting (Election of Officers)
7pm - The monthly Business Meeting is held the first Thursday of each month all council members are encouraged to attend. At this meeting will be the election of officers for Fraternal Year 2017-2018. Any 3rd degree member wishing to run for a position or nominate a Brother for an elected position should attend this meeting.
Brother Mario Diaz spoke to the Council requesting assistance in working with the Cleveland County Habitat for Humanity to build houses in the Moore/Norman area.
He said that there are two Habitat for Humanity operations in this area. The Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity serves the OKC Metro area and the Cleveland County Branch serves the Moore/Norman area.
Father Jack is on board with this program and considers it a worthy endeavor.

Our Founder: Father Michael J. McGivney
In 1997 Fr. McGivney's cause for canonization as a saint was opened, and in June of 2000 "the diocesan phase of the investigation into a reported miraculous cure attributed to Father McGivney's intercession was completed," and is currently under review.
